The new technologies will impact the training in the future for several reasons and those are the technology will be less expensive in future, through the use of technology, the companies will prepare the employees in short period, and new business and customer services will be generated at the same time. The training costs will be reduced for new technologies and there will be no need for a fixed geographical location for the employees to gain the knowledge from training program.
